0.5 Inch Plastic AODD Pump – Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

The OVELL 0.5 inch plastic AODD pump is a compact air operated double diaphragm pump designed for chemical dosing, small-volume transfer, wastewater treatment and corrosive liquid handling. Its plastic wetted construction provides strong chemical resistance and reliable operation in demanding industrial applications.

This 13 mm pneumatic diaphragm pump delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 62 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar. The 1/2 inch liquid inlet and discharge connections make it suitable for compact pumping systems, dosing skids, drum transfer, tank circulation and equipment integration.

With a dry suction lift capability of up to 4.1 metres, the pump can draw liquid from drums, containers, tanks and sumps. It can also handle suspended solids up to 2.5 mm in diameter, making it suitable for liquids containing small particles.

The air-operated design eliminates the need for an electric motor at the pump and provides flexible installation in industrial environments. Its self-priming operating principle supports reliable fluid transfer where suction lift is required.

Different diaphragm, ball and valve-seat materials can be selected according to the chemical compatibility, temperature and abrasion level of the transferred fluid.
