The OVELL 3 inch plastic AODD pump is a high-flow air operated double diaphragm pump designed for transferring corrosive chemicals, wastewater, slurry, solvents and other demanding industrial fluids. Manufactured with durable plastic wetted components, this pneumatic diaphragm pump provides excellent chemical resistance and reliable operation in harsh environments.
With a maximum flow rate of up to 902 L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, the 3 inch air operated diaphragm pump is suitable for high-volume fluid transfer applications. Its self-priming capability allows the pump to operate efficiently where suction lift is required, while the air-driven design eliminates the need for an electric motor at the pump.
This plastic double diaphragm pump can handle liquids containing suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter. The bolted pump construction helps provide secure sealing and dependable performance during continuous industrial operation.
Typical applications include chemical processing, wastewater treatment, mining, coatings, electroplating, battery production, ceramic slurry transfer and industrial fluid circulation. The listed maximum flow is 902 L/min; the working flow depends on pressure, viscosity and installation. A large connection size alone does not establish the required operating point.
The listed maximum flow of 902 L/min and maximum pressure of 8.3 bar are separate performance limits and are not achieved simultaneously. Select the working point from the model's performance curve. Suction performance, solids handling and dry-running conditions must be checked for the actual fluid and operating instructions.
